Simplified threading scheme for PPC (faster with gcc-2.95 on 604e and G4).
Commented out hilight stuff in gforth.el (turned on hilighting everywhere).
Fixed wrong use of add-hook, and replaced use of (obsolete)
   comment-indent-hook with comment-indent-function.
