When building gforth.fi, there is now an exception frame after including
   exceptions.fs (through exboot.fs), providing decent error messages.

    1: \ ( n -- ) include exceptions.fs and restart Gforth, ignoring the
    2: \ first n arguments. Gforth is restarted to create an exception frame
    3: \ for the exception handler.
