CVS tags: HEAD
Added multibuffering in blocks and a simple block editor
(in a block file, load with include blockedit.fb after loading
blocks.fs).
Made DOS port work (you must change .gforth-history to
gforth-history by hand still!)

1: \ A less simple implementation of the blocks wordset.
    2:
3: \ An more efficient implementation would use mmap on OSs that
4: \ provide it and many buffers on OSs that do not provide mmap.
    5:
6: \ Now, the replacement algorithm is "direct mapped"; change to LRU
7: \ if too slow. Using more buffers helps, too.
    8:
    9: \ I think I avoid the assumption 1 char = 1 here, but I have not tested this
