fixed various minor issues:
workaround for HPUX make and our dependence cycles
suppress warnings for unused variables in superinstructions
added some superinstructions
useful code_size metrics for primitives with funny K and J labels
default metric for --no-dynamic is now cost_nexts
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
