Refactoring almost finished - lacks a small test

fix arch/misc/sokoban.fs to work with current version of cross.fs (cross.fs
version of 'T' in MINIMAL/TARGET vocab is broken?  Given that after doing T,
the next invocation of H is going to be read from the TARGET vocab which will
restore a different order than MINIMAL's H.  In fact there is no way to get
back to the MINIMAL list via T,H once T was run.)

keep arch/misc/sokoban.fs from being cross-compiled into gforth-ec images when
GAMES defined.  cross-compile support looks broken.

Put full featured startup.fs into main.fs, so that both BUILD-FROM-SCRATCH
and a build based on kernl*.fi can expect the same extensions.

cleanup

Image starts at $100 for cross-compilation now. A NULL-reference
is really a reference to address 0 and NIL is 0.
In the kernel image-header to get the headers address.
Image loading is only changed minimal: The stuff with fixed
addressed images is thrown out, because every image is relocatable.
No header change. Old images should work.

minor formatting fixes. Fix typos and comments.
