moved --enable-force-ll out of configuration and into Makefile:
Build with "make OPT=-ll OPTDEFINES=-DFORCE_LL"
This builds gforth-ll gforth-fast-ll etc.
This is the first step in automatically building a fast gforth.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of
a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection
box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
