The projects are very interesting and include internet and database topics, knowledge representation, etc. The environment is very nice -- we are 5 minutes from the beach and the pay is very good. New graduates are seriously considered (both from US and abroad) and working visas and permanent residence can be applied for -- but telecommuting and short-term interns/contract work are not part of the plan.
