I have just discovered some stuff I downloaded from Tommy Rolfs OLIS
service. I.e., some files describing Forth, books on Forth, threading,
etc. I have put the stuff on

ftp://ftp.complang.tuwien.ac.at/pub/forth/olis/

Note that this stuff is fairly old and incomplete (I did not download
everything), and some may be outdated.
