TOOLS.BLK needs something else, probably an extended version of F83, to load
(more on this when I dig into it further.)  But it did have a really nice
word, ETC, that starts a listing going and pages it along with a space bar.
Simple, really, but I sure hadn't thought of it; and I liked it so much that
I keyboarded it in right there and saved my system with it.
