UNARC_2.Scr is intended to be a replacement (upgrade) to UNARC.Scr.
  ( you'll need to see UNARC.txt and/or UNARC1.txt for further info )

    The major revisions included in UNARC_2 are :

    1. Compression types 4 (Huffman encoding) and 9 (PKARC, modified
       Lempel-Zev encoding) are now supported.

    2. All the occurrences of 'VARIABLES: ... ;END' and
       'CONSTANTS: ... ;END' have been removed to make for less
       editing on your part.

    3. The comments in the code (yes, I know there aren't enough)
       have been upgraded a little bit.


  I have no plans to carry this project any further except, perhaps,
  in the form of a magazine article.  The most important reason for
  doing it, at all, was to stop the public debate as to whether or
  not it could be done.  It's fairly difficult to convince the world
  that you have a better mouse trap when 'those in the know' can't
  convince themselves that it catches mice.

    If it can't be done in FORTH, it probably can't be done.

    If it can be done, it can probably be done better in FORTH.


  That's all the preaching I care to do.  The real point is, I hope
  someone 'out there' can put this to use - the code isn't that
  difficult - perhaps the philosophy isn't, either.
