Abstract

Evidence indicates that there exist various different task management systems. However, while some assist with an allocation of information through e-mail support, they do not encourage the distribution, share and synchronization of these management assignments.

Referring to these findings, this Master Thesis constitutes an approach to amplify the coherent status quo and develop a revised task management tool in order to overcome these shortfalls.

This new task management tool should assist and support all situations of every day 's life. Thus, it should allow for functionalities such as task reminder management, the planning of ad hoc workflows as well as for relevant data memory and storage. However, to fulfil these requirements, this Master Thesis not only explicitly considers human brain interconnections, but also exhibits a deeper analysis of those in order to gain an even more precise picture of imprinting and memory behaviour. In a next step those findings will then be incorporated into the task information and management system with the main aim of a user-friendly interface. Hence, the outcome should allow for efficient and simplified work with the task management system.
