XVSMTask Description
XVSM (extensible virtual shared memory for distributed systems) is system software for mission critical applications. System- and/or network failues are masked by XVSM. In this work test strategies shall be defined and implemented that proof this property of XVSM. In particular, it shall be considered that parts of the application can run on distributed sites and that also the backup of these parts is done in a distributed way. Test cases shall be designed and implemented, that check this system with regard to performance, needed resources, network behavior, scalability, etc. in a systematic way.
Requirements
- Absolvierung der LVAs 'Distributed Systems' bzw. 'Verteiltes Programmieren mit Spaced Based Computing Middleware' wären von Vorteil aber nicht notwendig
