AD&D spell book generation programs

These programs generate spell books for AD&D.

- spells.phb.c generates spell books for AD&D version 1 Magic-Users and
  Illusionists using spells from PHB.

- spells.ua.c generates spell books for AD&D version 1 Magic-Users and
  Illusionists using spells from PHB and UA.

- spells.phb2.c generates spell books for AD&D version 2 Wizards.

- spells.phb.gen.c is a combined character generator and spell book
  rolling program based on the program by Jeff Standish,
  standijl@expert.cc.purdue.edu (Morpheus Nosferatu).

Compile and run with no command line options to see 'usage.'
