City info: Gardon is a trading and fishing city, it has about 300 citizens and is quite rich. Every 10th in a month is market-day. On 26.06. is a fish-festival. (Everyone can eat fish on the marketplace for free) Garond is the main linking-point to the dwarven south of gardon lake Itīs famous for its black-smith works (from the dwarves, but also from the local black smith, who works with dwarven ore) and you can always find good equipment. Gardon is also famous for its arena.games, which are held regularly. legend: 1=inn "arena look" 2=arena (There are show fights between every fighter who is willing to fight. The fights are nonmagical. You can fight in groups or single. The winner (and the topper ones) earn gold and fame. Every weapon is allowed. There is no killing.) 3=arena information/entrance/assigning (managed by a gnome, a seldom sight in seven cities) 4= market place 5= backer 6= blacksmith 7= city guard 8=postal service. (All seven cities are linked with a net of messengers and transporters, who travel dayly in a clockwise and ant-clockwise route. Each city represents a one-day-stop. Routes are: Gardon-Palwek-Velsen-Landri-Kondor-Sigol-Fistun-Gardon and the other way round. A one-day-delivery of a message costs one gold, a two-day costs two gold an so on. Delivery of goods cost special. There is also an emergency-direct-route to Kondor (costs nothing)) 9=city government (major is elected every three years in Gardon) 10=inn "messengers rest" 11=carpenter 12=tavern "peaceful rest" (only for over-night guests) 13=temple+cermonic square 14=newly built temple (of one of my PCs, who tries to introduce an elvish religion called Phasor) gates: are closed at sunset and are opened at sunrise towers and city wall: Citywall is about 4m high and 2m strong, there is no catwalk on it. Towers are about 5m high and can be accessed through a staircase. There are shooting slots. Each tower can be used by three men.
